As students we all know that classroom exercise alone do not create a structured training sequence that is why offering for Internship and On-the–job training programs developed by businesses/ companies are embraced globally. These program’s primary task is to sharpen the OJT’s skills and increase productivity as well as Morale and professionalism.
It really does help to enter a community of practice where students may obtain professional skills and tacit knowledge that courses alone cannot convey.
