“I want to be a pilot someday”, “I want to be a doctor like my mom”, “I want to be a teacher” – Sounds familiar? These are the things that I know we all said when we were kids. When we were young, we look up to a lot of people and we imagine ourselves to be like them. But as we grow older, we begin to experience a lot of things and we realize what we really want to be in the future. So how do you know what career you should take after college? There are a lot of factors that will influence your decisions and here are the top careers that could help you decide what you really want to be in the future.

I’m sure most of us wanted to be a doctor when we were young because we wanted to help others and experience the task of taking care of your patients and giving the right medications to them. But as you grow up, you realize that it takes a lot of experience and determination to become a doctor because you are in charge of other people’s lives. Becoming a doctor or a surgeon is an honorable goal, but it is a long and challenging process. When you take up medicine, you should be dedicated and hardworking for this is not an easy course. Being a teacher is another career that most of us aspired to be. We all wanted to experience being the person in charge where all your students will follow everything you say. I’m sure almost all of us imagined to be an actress/actor when we were young. Who doesn’t want to be seen on tv and be famous right? But being an actor/actress is not an easy job, you have to have the skills and talent in order to be recognized by a lot of people. Being a good actor/actress takes a lot of commitment, practice, passion, and patience.
