• Abide by and comply with all company promulgated policies, rules standards and practices.
• Responsible in the implementation of sales program and strategy of the company.
• Responsible in the consistent implementation of company rules, policies and standards.
• Responsible in providing necessary information to other Department for better and effective coordination.
• Monitors daily sales, daily time record, personnel attendance, individual performance and regular time of opening / closing of shops.
• See to it that all standard operating procedures are religiously followed and complied by subordinates.
• Responsible in the anticipation of needs, problems and changes and be able to develop solutions, goals, standards and better approaches to achieve results.
• Responsible in providing an effective and clear focus and direction for the groups performance.
• Guides, motivates, coaches and inspires subordinates to positive performance and development.
• Recommends marketing strategies to help increase over-all sales and attain over-all target / quota.
• Responsible for reporting assigned area performance, cost efficiencies and other related activities.

• Prepares and submits sales report, incident reports and other reports that needs to bring to immediate attention of the top management.
