Responsibilities:
Efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of the office, including performance of the following diverse tasks:
Prioritization standards for the screening of executive postal mail, email, and appointments using expert judgment and knowledge
Anticipate the executives’ needs and proactively bring together the data, resources, and people to support them in addressing issues
Prepare operational reports and analyzes as may be required
Conduct research; develop content for communication and presentations
Develop content for marketing and sales of the company’s services
Receive and initiate internal and external contacts for Board of Directors, Officers, clients, business associates and employees
Handle confidential information with utmost care and discretion
Regularly resolve administrative problems independently
Arrange and organize travel of executives and employees independently and in the most cost efficient manner
Anticipate the company’s requirements for participation in conferences, seminars and exhibitions proactively, arrange and organize events independently
Requirements:
3 to 5 years meaningful appreciation and knowledge of business management principles as executive assistance in a multinational company, with strong familiarity in office filing system, dictation, research, and multiple tasking
Demonstrated ability and composure to consistently make intelligent decisions, respond to high-pressure situations and act with a sense of urgency
Excellent organizational, collaboration, interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills; and close attention to details
Analytical, intuitive, dynamic, and a team player willing to work long hours
Excellent working knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong marketing background is an advantage as well as knowledge in project management
Able to travel abroad
