Technical Support Representative for Hardware and Software (SA-WCC)
at SYKES ASIA in Mandaluyong
Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will provide technical assistance to users of medical equipments.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must have the following:
• Completed at least 2 years in College
• Working knowledge of networks, enterprise architecture, servers, supported operating systems, software, and hardware preferred.
• Hardware and software knowledge to include the installation, un-installation, and troubleshooting of: printers, scanners, mass storage devices, peripheral components, and network configurations.
• Strong internet skills, including ability to use keywords, search engines, etc.
• Must be able to discern level of problems encountered (i.e Windows or applications)
• Training on, or working knowledge of the Web and Web-based applications
• Knowledge or practical experience in the medical field is preferred but not required
